New Apple Notebooks

Yesterday Apple presented their new notebooks, Macbook and Macbook Pro. As usually the biggest improvements are in the design field. Both computers are built from just a single piece of solid-aluminium which make them more thinner, more lighter and more durable and stunning as well. Beside the chassis the new Macbooks have lots of interesting features but, in my opinion, they deserved better tech specs, especially CPU and Memory. Check the presentation video!

Track Review: Asobi Seksu são nova iorquinos mas liderados, vocalmente, por uma Japonesa, Yuki Chikudate e são óbvios descendentes dos sonhos shoegaze dos My Bloody Valentine/Ride e familiares próximos de Kevin Shields, tendo em 2006, dado a conhecer o Lp que os tornou conhecidos, Citrus; um trabalho esmagador, sumptuoso e activo, cheio de melodias memoráveis e guitarras viçosas. Com o reconhecimento geral acabaram por ser convidados a pertencer ao leque de artistas da Polyvinyl, que tem nas suas fileiras bandas como os Of Montreal, ou os Architecture in Helsinki, entre outros. "Me & Mary" é o primeiro single para a nova editora, e um possível avanço para o terceiro trabalho da banda, ainda sem alinhamento definido, ou data de saída, mas isso é irrisório quando se escuta esta nova faixa. Vale a pena a espera, que venham mais destas...

Exposição “Cover Band"

A galeria 1988, em Los Angeles, inaugurou no dia 7 de outubro a exposição “Cover Band”. Mais de 50 artistas pegaram em capas, clássicas e famosas, de discos marcantes e personalizaram-nas de acordo com a sua visão. A galeria disponibilizou todas as peças neste blog , a visitar.
